Save Query
It is always a good idea to save your query definition regularly. To save your query click on the Save Query icon 
on the tool bar or select the File, Save Query option from the menu bar.
Note: If your Query has not been saved previously, on initial entry to the 'Save Query' icon the function will ask for a query name and destination (Save As functionality). Future saves will use the given name etc.
