Query Results
To execute a query click on the Execute Query icon 
on the tool bar or select Execute in the Query Menu option or use the F5 Function key on the keyboard.
The Query Results pane is automatically displayed following execution of the query.
NOTE 1: In this example the Results Pane has been extended by using the View Toolbar options to switch off the Tree Pane view and the SQL Source pane views. They can be switched on/off at any time. If the application is closed down and re-opened later then the panes that appear will depend on the default settings in Tools / Options / General / Panes. See Default Panes Display.
Note 2: The query results are retrieved in blocks of 100 lines and this is displayed on the Status Bar at the bottom right of the screen. Use the right slider bar or the down arrow to move down the results display. To quickly move to the end (bottom) of your query results press Ctrl and End and the screen will display the bottom lines together with the total number of lines in the results.
From the results pane you can:

| 2. | Navigate up / down the results with the Ctrl key |
| 3. | Toggle between the Design Query screens and Results screen |
| 4. | Export results to Microsoft Excel and/or other formats |
5. Convert Query results to Crystal Report Format
6. Print table of results
7. Change colours of QBE text and line and results screen text and alternate lines.
