Print Results
Select the Print icon 
on the UTB toolbar to display the print option dialog box.
You have three options:
One print check box must be selected or you will get an error message 'You need to make a choice in step 1 before printing can start'
Select records from grid:
If only a small sample of results is required, then by 'selecting' a number of rows and columns (in the example, the first 28 rows of 848 and all columns have been selected) the printed result will be reduced.
Select GO to display your default printer options (standard windows) and further select OK to print the selection. During printing the Print Status displays an 'in operation bar' and on completion the status shows 'Export Completed'.
Select Cancel at any time to cancel printing and return back to the results screen.
Whole Grid:
100 rows are available in the grid for printing. If the results are scrolled past row 100 and then the print icon is displayed, the grid would show and print 200 rows if selected. (The grid number is shown at the bottom left of the results display).
The Whole Grid (100 records) check box should be selected and then GO to display your default printer options (standard windows) and further select OK to print the selection.
Select Cancel at any time to cancel printing and return back to the results screen.
Query Results - All Records:
On initial selection of the print icon the total number of records available from the SQL statement is not visible. However, if the Count button is selected the total number of records in the query is displayed. This is the number of rows that will be printed if you continue with this option.
If this is the result required then select OK to print as described above.
Select Cancel at any time to cancel printing and return back to the results screen.
