Install Prerequisite
The Unity Solutions UTB software may be downloaded onto your PC at any time but if Microsoft .NET Framework is not installed the installation will not run.
In order to install the Microsoft software download it from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=0856EACB-4362-4B0D-8EDD-AAB15C5E04F5&displaylang=en
The following screen (or similar) will give all download details.
