JD Edwards Environment
Follow these guidelines to locate and identify the JD Edwards Environment to be used for your jdeDirect ODBC connections.
From JDE Command line
Go to Menu G94 (Security Officer)
Select option 16 (Library List Control) to go to menu G944 - Library List Control
Select option 2 (Valid Library Lists) to go into program P00941 - Valid Library Lists. The P00941 program will display Valid Library List of the environments that are available on your system.
Your screen will look similar to the following example
During the jdeDirect ODBC installation process you will be prompted to enter the default JD Edwards environment that the driver will connect to. Ensure that you have noted the environment that you are going to use.
