Pre-Service Pack 22 Installation
To start the download follow the Start Download & Installation - Common section of this manual.
After you have chosen the destination location and selected Next the following Unity Configuration screen appears.
Note: For this installation you will need your:
| • | JDE User ID |
| • | JDE User Password |
| • | Operating Environment |
You are now installing the Gateway Service. Select Next to continue and display the JDE login details screen.
Enter your JDE Login details as requested:
JDE User ID
JDE User Password
Environment
Select Next and the Configuring E1 Connection wizard is displayed.
The jdeDirect Gateway Advanced Settings screen displays the default TCP/IP port. This will be greyed out but if for any reason you wish to change this Port ID then select the Use Default check box and entry will be allowed in the TCP/IP Port field.
Select Next to continue.
You may receive a Warning that the installation was unable to check your JDE Login. This will occur for Pre-Service pack 22 installations. Select OK to finish installation.
You will receive the Finished service wizard and on Next will have the final Installation Wizard display.
The Gateway Service for Pre-Service Pack 22 installations is now complete.
