Pre-Installation Check List for the Client Machine
Check the following four items:
| • | Ensure that you have the correct version of MDAC installed on your system. |
| • | Confirm that each client workstation has a copy of the Native ODBC drivers as installed on the GATEWAY machine ensuring that they are correctly installed. |
| • | You have a copy of jdeDirect ODBC installation executable downloaded to the Thin Client machine or accessible via a network share. |
| • | You have a OneWorld User id that has been granted authority to one or more OneWorld environments. The jdeDirect ODBC driver respects OneWorld environment security and will only allow access to those environments that your OneWorld user id has been granted. |
Note for Installation:
