ODBC Thin Client Single User Installation, Client Machine, Post Service Pack 22
To start the download follow the Start Download & Installation - Common section of this manual.
After you have chosen the destination location and selected Next the following Unity Configuration screen appears.
Note: For this installation you will need your:
| • | Gateway Machine IP Address |
| • | JDE User ID |
| • | JDE User Password |
| • | Operating Environment |
Select Next to continue.
The Gateway IP address and Port number screen is displayed with a default setting of 1.1.1.1 and the Use default port setting checked.
Enter a valid IP address for the Service machine that you wish to use. You may have to consult with your Systems Manager for these details.
Select Next to continue and the system checks the configuration of your PC and the communication to the Gateway Service machine as defined by the IP address and displays the information dialog screen.
If all checks out, the JDE login screen is displayed.
Enter a valid JDE User ID, JDE User Password and environment.
Select Next to continue. The Getting data screen is displayed while the system validates your input.
If all is correct the successful application screen appears.
Select Finish to display the Licensing and Activation set of screens.
