Software Licensing

 

jdeDirect ODBC drivers are key protected based on your computer name, and as such require activating via our server before using.  Use this control panel program to activate or re-license the software.

 

You will need the following pieces of information before you can activate the software:

 

Portal User Id and Password

Customer Number

Product Id and Password

 

You should have received this information automatically from our website when you first registered with the portal, product id and passwords are sent out when you download software from the website.

 

Obtain your Portal User Id and Password by registering with your email address here. Once registered, the server will email a password to the email address given. Use this password to log in to the portal, once logged in your available downloads and corresponding product keys will be displayed. The server will email a Product Id and Product Password for every product you download, this information is available to view at anytime in the portal.  See Introduction, Start download & installation - Common.

 

Use this control panel program to obtain a automatic key from our on-line web server, or to enter a manual key that you have received from our helpdesk.

 

You can also use this control panel program to identify the version number of the jdeDirect Driver installed on your PC, and the PC for which it is licensed.
