Computer Name.

 

Before you can activate jdeDirect ODBC, please check the following notes.

 

Before you can successfully license your jdeDirect ODBC product, you must ensure that a valid computer name exists on the download machine. This should be checked prior to licensing your jdeDirect ODBC download.

To review your computer name select the My Computer/Properties option.

You will then be presented with the System Properties dialog. Click on the Computer Name tab.

Within Computer Name, you can review the computer name that is currently assigned to your computer.

If a computer name does not exist for your machine, you must enter one here.

 

Any changes made within the Identification Changes dialog may affect your current network connections. Please ensure that you take this into account before applying any updates.

 

Also, ensure that an active Internet connection is available.

 

The guidelines provided within this page presume the presence of an active Internet connection. If you do not have access to the Internet please contact the Helpdesk.
