Single Sign On and Unified logon - OneWorld & EnterpriseOne ONLY

jdeDirect supports Unified logon if it is installed on an EnterpriseOne fat client and if the fat client has Unified Logon enabled and working.

Please note that jdeDirect will support Unified Login if it finds the following two entries in jde.ini on the fat client, with the specific values shown below:

       [SECURITY]

       UnifiedLogon=1

       ShowUnifiedLogon=0

Single Sign On

jdeDirect supports LDAP based Single Sign On if your JDE OneWorld or EnterpriseOne system is configured to do so. At the moment, jdeDirect only supports windows Active Directories based configurations.

jdeDirect queries JDE tables to obtain the information regarding your LDAP server.  During a typical login session, jdeDirect authenticates the user’s login context against the LDAP server and then runs various queries on JDE tables to authorise the user before proceeding with the connection.
