One World - Fat Client

The new version 3.0 of the driver installation has been changed such that the install process will automatically check to see 'whether a Fat Client' is installed and 'what version of jde is installed'.

This manual refers to the driver installation where a Fat Client may or may not be installed. The system checks for a Fat Client and asks whether you want to use it.  You do not need a Fat Client to be installed; you only need some items like the .INI files and Classes files for the driver installation.

If you are in any doubt where to find these files you are strongly advised to consult your Systems Administrator.
