My Account Details - Multi-User (MU)
Under normal conditions the 'My Account' details screen shows eight options. Users would trial the required ODBC driver, then purchase single license copies at which time a decision will be made that a larger number of Users require access to the driver and it is to be downloaded to a windows server machine. A Multi-User concurrent license version is required for download.

You will then be given an additional option on your 'My Account' screen.
either jdeDirect ODBC for JDE World Multi-User v3.0
or jdeDirect ODBC for OneWorld & EnterpriseOne Multi-User v3.0
together with the number of Licensed Users requested in the 'Licensed users' column. As Users are Licensed then the 'Activated' number increases.
To start a Multi-User download, select the Product Name and follow the instructions in Start Download & Installation - Common.
The Multi-User downloads are similar to Single User downloads but must be installed on a server machine(s).
