Portal User Id
Your portal user id and password is assigned from our website, use these values when logging into the website's portal at www.unitysolutions.com/jdedirect/portal/login.asp and when requested during the software activation process.
To retrieve a lost password for your user id, enter your email address in the password lookup section and your password will be emailed to you.
To create a user id for the first time, click the new user button.
