R59U001 Business Unit List
A template to be used for Business Unit reports to list chart of accounts or business units and cost centre's. No account balance or transactional data is available with this template.
R59U002 Quarterly Income Statement A template which can be used to summarize financial data into quarterly buckets, displaying ledger types and amount fields. Based on a user defined point in time, data is rolled up into quarterly columns for 12 periods.
R59U003 AP Payment History A template which can be configured to print supplier history data. Generate detailed reports on your suppler payment data or generate payment summary listings.
R59U004 Company List A template to be used for Business Unit reports to list chart of accounts or business units and cost centre's. No account balance or transactional data is available with this template.
R59U005 Chart of Accounts Standard COA template to give you a chart of accounts listing or business unit listing. No financial data is included in this template.
R59U006 Object Account Report Master template to design business unit listings or COA listings without any financial or transactional data.
R59U007 Open AP Report Accounts Payables Template designed to report your open accounts payable in detail grouped by supplier. Can be used to report supplier activity.
R59U008 AR Payment Detail Accounts Receivable Template reporting payment activity by customer. The template includes financial transactions grouped by customer and batch number. Detailed transaction data is reported - check date, receipt number, document type and batch number, etc.
R59U009A Customer AR Detail Accounts Receivable Template reporting ledger and open AR details grouped by customer. Open AR items are aged by standard aging time periods of 30, 45 and 60 days. Detailed transactional level data available on the report including as invoice number, document type, document number, address number, etc.
R59U009B Customer AR Activity Accounts Receivable Template (similar to R59U009A) reporting ledger and open AR details grouped by customer. Open AR items are aged by standard aging time periods of 30, 45 and 60 days.
